About You

You have a solid background in real estate and a deep understanding of Melbourne’s property market. You enjoy analysing properties, understanding what makes them valuable, and helping buyers make smart, confident decisions.

Key Requirements

• At least 6 years’ experience in  residential real estate sales.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in  Property, Valuation, Town Planning, or a related field.

• Strong skills in property analysis,  market research, and valuation principles.

• Thorough understanding of the property transaction process.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

• Sharp market awareness and the ability to recognise opportunities early.

• A genuine buyer-first mindset, with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
