As a buyers’ agency, we strictly refrain from selling properties. Instead, we invest all our wisdom and energy into the entire process of helping buyers find the right property. 

 

However, our purpose extends beyond simply purchasing good property. Based on the client's situation, we assist in evaluating the pros and cons of property portfolios and assessing the potential for capital appreciation and cash flow returns. This is a crucial aspect related to the growth of family wealth.

 

As property investors ourselves, we have nearly 20 years of investment experience and have undergone high-level professional training at institutions such as the University of Melbourne and the National University of Singapore. We also work alongside a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Practising Planner (CPP) with nearly 30 years of experience in planning and design, as well as several years of experience as a Principal Urban Planner in our team.  We possess a deep and practical understanding of property investment and the inherent logic of property portfolios and allocations.

 

We have extensive business connections and professional communication with property selling agents, allowing us to find valuable pre/off-market opportunities for buyer clients.
