Partner Catherine is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV), a Certified Practicing Planner (CPP), and holds a Master’s degree in Planning and Environment from RMIT. With nearly 30 years of experience in urban planning and architectural design in Melbourne, over a decade as a planning consultant, and 7 years as a Principal Urban Planner or Development Planner at city councils, she has achieved remarkable success in the planning and design of residential and commercial projects.

Catherine has assisted numerous large-scale projects in obtaining planning approvals, including major land subdivisions, factory/warehouse developments, medical centers, education centers, childcare facilities, hospitality projects, and townhouse/apartment developments.

Her projects include the Sanctuary Lakes Golf Residential Estate, Geelong Golf Residential Estate, major industrial park factory/warehouse planning applications across Victoria, as well as a 12-story commercial/educational high-rise in Box Hill and a 300+ apartment development application in Ringwood.
