As a property buyer's agent, I always prioritize the best interests of the buyers. I assist home buyers and investors in designing and optimizing their property purchase strategies. This includes researching high-growth areas, conducting property inspections, and communicating with property selling agents. My goal is to help clients seize every valuable buying opportunity and ensure that their property investments align with their goals and objectives.
With a doctorate in management science and a masters in economics, I started my career as a certified public accountant (CPA). Prior to being a buyers agent, I was CEO of one of China’s well-regarded professional services firms, offering audit, tax and management consulting. My economic and data-driven degrees set me on the path toward property investing. Together, I have been deeply involved in the field of real estate investment for many years and have achieved outstanding results, not only for our clients but within our family’s property portfolio.
My passion for monitoring market trends means I am attuned to subtle changes and see opportunities that yield great investment returns before many other buyers agents. As a real estate investor myself, I appreciate that clients have different risk profiles. I must, therefore, be empathic and understand the people, not just the property, when constructing a deal. Clients appreciate my patience and attention to detail – I’m a great person to have on your team.
Our home buying clientele include Melbourne locals, interstate investors, and newly arrived immigrants. Most often we support the wealth building journey of scientists, doctors, lawyers, nurses, IT executives, university professors and even property builders. Our clients come from a broad range of backgrounds and age groups and have different levels of understanding of real estate, but they all respect and trust us, and we find the process of working with them very rewarding.
