I bought my first home this month. The goal of my purchase is something that suits my living arrangements and with some investment potential. After months (felt like centuries tho) of searching and inspecting, I finally decided to make my first offer.

She helped me understand my needs and requirements for the purchase. “There is no such thing as a perfect house, but there is always the most suitable property.” Jenny is also the most ethical agent that I have ever seen. I trust her to act for my best interest because the advice that she gave me is absolutely invaluable. She was not afraid of telling me off when she thinks the purchase decision is a bad one no matter how much I like the property.

Engaging Jenny’s service for my first home purchase is a decision I will never regret. She is not just an agent, but a mentor, a friend and a navigator. To put my experience in statistics, I have saved almost 10% if it won’t for Jenny. And the valuation of the property I ended up buying increased $200k after the contract was just signed.
